Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days for IPTV subscriptions. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

Refunds are only available for specific conditions where the service is proven to be non-functional and the issue cannot be resolved by our support team.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items and situations are not eligible for refunds:

  • Subscriptions activated beyond the 7-day refund window.
  • Free trials, promotional offers, or discounted sales.
  • Issues caused by third-party apps, devices, or unsupported platforms.

Refund Process

  • Eligibility: To request a refund, you must provide proof of purchase and describe the issue in detail.
  • Approval: Once your request is reviewed, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Processing: If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days;

Late or Missing Refunds

  • You agree not to use the website in any way that may damage, disable, or impair it.
  • You must not use the website for fraudulent or illegal activities.

Exchanges

We only offer replacements if the service is defective or not functioning due to an issue on our end. For assistance with an exchange, please email us at support@tv-infinity.com.

Gifts

If the subscription was purchased as a gift and marked accordingly, we will issue a credit or extend the service for the recipient if eligible.
