Because InfinityTV is a digital service, please test it with a free trial before you buy. This policy explains how refunds work after a subscription is activated.
1. Test before you buy
We offer a free trial so you can check the quality and channels on your own device before paying. We strongly encourage every customer to use it — most concerns are answered during the trial.
2. After activation
Once a paid subscription is activated, the digital service has been delivered. If something is not working:
- Contact us first — most issues are setup-related and we fix them quickly, often within minutes.
- Where a refund is agreed, a 30% handling fee applies to cover activation and service costs, and the remaining balance can be refunded or credited/postponed to a future subscription period, at your choice.
- Refunds are not available for problems caused by your own internet connection, device, or misuse, or after significant use of the subscription.
3. How to request a refund
