InfinityTV respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same.

1. Our role

InfinityTV provides streaming technology and infrastructure. We do not host, store or upload the content delivered through the service. Where we control content (such as articles on our own blog), we respond promptly to valid copyright complaints.

2. Submitting a notice

If you believe material we directly control infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to support@tv-infinity.com including:

• Your contact details (name, address, email).
• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
• The exact URL(s) of the material in question.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

3. Our response

On receipt of a valid notice, we will review and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the material within a reasonable time, and notify the relevant party.

4. Counter-notice

If you believe your material was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to the same address with an explanation and your contact details.
