Terms, Refund & Trial Policy
1. The service
InfinityTV provides access to streaming content (live channels and on-demand movies & series) over the internet. A working internet connection and a compatible device are required. Streaming quality (4K / FHD / HD) depends on your connection.
2. Free trial — test before you buy
We offer a free trial so you can test the service and verify quality on your own devices before paying. The trial is provided once per customer, requires no payment and no card, and is intended for genuine evaluation.
3. Activation
Paid subscriptions are activated after payment is confirmed. We send your access details and setup help by WhatsApp or email, usually within minutes.
4. Refund policy
Because we provide a free trial to test the service first, we encourage every customer to use it before purchasing. After a paid subscription is activated:
- If you are not satisfied, contact us and we will work to resolve the issue (most issues are setup-related and fixed quickly).
- Where a refund is agreed, a 30% handling fee applies to cover activation and service costs, and the remaining balance can be refunded or credited/postponed to a future subscription period at your choice.
- Refunds are not available for issues caused by the customer's own internet connection, device, or misuse.
5. Acceptable use
The service is for personal, lawful use only. Reselling, sharing credentials publicly, or any unlawful use is prohibited and may result in suspension without refund. You are responsible for complying with the laws of your country — see Is IPTV legal? for an honest overview.
6. Support & cancellation
Support is available 24/7 via WhatsApp and email. There is no long-term contract; you can choose not to renew at any time.
